Looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Central Government & Defence Operations Helpdesk Support for USVF at RAF Mildenhall. As part of a team that is the central contact point for customers and operational colleagues, you will provide facilities management support and customer service/administration activities.
Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels, ensuring business objectives are met professionally and confidently, meeting specific individual objectives to achieve set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with contractual obligations, liaising with customers, operational staff and management to resolve queries and issues promptly, and supporting, engaging and interacting with colleagues positively and engagingly. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and working practices to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
The successful candidate will have experience of working preferably within a customer service environment, preferably within a target-driven role or high-pressure service delivery environment. You must be a confident user of IT systems, including proficiency in MS word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and be comfortable with numerical reasoning. You should also be well organised, driven and flexible with the ability to multi-task and manage competing demands to deliver tasks on time.
