Job summary We are looking for a Mobile Chef to join our Catering Team at various sites within Nottingham to play an integral role within the team in ensuring the food prepared and delivered for the patients is of the highest standard. You should have excellent culinary skills and experience of a busy catering environment, This will involve working at different sites, The Wells Road Centre, Hopewood and Lings Bar Gamston. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the provision of the patient meals by undertaking specific outlined and approved processes and procedures to ensure the quality and food safety of meals at service are safe and appropriate and within the guidelines of food hygiene legislation.
