The Role
Champion the customer throughout the business and the be the first point of contact for our customers.
Attend meetings with customers clients in the field to understand their needs by cultivating a professional relationship throughout their development journey with us.
Manage internal and external relations ensuring customer and end user satisfaction.
Liaise with customers at the point of handovers to demonstrate the home and its features.
Ensure all defected are logged and actioned in line with company standards.
Liaise with tenets to ensure defects as reported have been resolved
Support in the production of performance reports using information to improve performance.
Setting up of meeting rooms and refreshments
Liaise with other department to ensure communication.
