HR & Payroll Administrator
HR (60%) & Payroll (40%) Administrator
Support employees on day-to-day HR and payroll matters
Maintain and update personnel data, contract administration, report management
Assist employee life cycle management including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding
Responsible for monthly payroll preparation, submission to external payroll provider and checking to ensure compliance and accuracy
Assist with Employee Relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures

HR & Payroll Administrator
Previously worked in a HR and payroll function
HR and/or payroll qualification or relevant experience
Able to work towards the goals and priorities of the team and organisation
Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with colleagues across the organisation
Effective listening, writing and presentation skills
Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Relevant knowledge of UK labour laws and regulations
Workday system user
