Salary: £23,500 – £25,500 / year base + Benefits (listed below)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.15pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
We are seeking a punctual and hardworking Purchase Order Stock Clerk, who enjoys being part of a small team and working in a fast-paced environment to join our company here at Fairway Seals.

We are seeking a Purchase Order Clerk to join a friendly office that is busy, varied, and offers a great working environment. Candidates must be punctual, hardworking, enjoy being part of a small team, and have excellent communication skills. Basic computer knowledge of Word and Excel would be a benefit.
Duties will include but are not exclusive to:
* Managing a busy volume of purchase order requests
* Sourcing stock buying with the best supplier
* Chasing deliveries and confirming dates
* Supporting – including processing purchasing orders
* Maintaining stock levels
* Organising foreign shipments
* Entering and processing data against ledgers
* Full training will be provided for the above, with the view that the role will evolve as the business continues to grow.
Looking for someone that has the below characteristics:
* Good level of IT skills, competent with Excel and other basic computer systems
* Excellent communication skills to communicate confidently and effectively
* Good time keeping

* Ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
