The ideal candidate would be motivated to learn and grow professionally, have a good telephone manner, be organised, tenacious, and driven with previous recruitment experience in high volume temp recruitment within the Driving/industrial sector.
Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will be to work as part of the team in branch, under the supervision and direction to work on a warm desk and facilitate its growth.
Primary responsibilities would include:
1. Reviewing and researching client job descriptions to understand a varied range of each role.
2. Searching across a variety of job boards, internal databases, and social media to source candidates for outstanding vacancies.
3. Engaging with potential candidates, both active and passive, conducting telephone interviews to assess potential suitability for current client job vacancies.
4. Reviewing CVs for relevant positions.
5. Booking potential candidates in for registration.
6. Conducting telephone interviews based on key requirements for applicable clients.
7. Ensuring all candidates have suitable capabilities to work based on eligibility and experience.
8. Booking potential candidates in for a face-to-face or video registration.
9. Building rapport with candidates whilst keeping professionalism at all times.
Working Hours:
The role will be based around office hours of 08:30 start finishing at 17:30 Monday to Friday, with flexibility depending on client requirements.
