GetFix Ltd has been established since 2014. We are a rapidly growing Mechanical & Electrical Contractor that prides itself on delivering excellence in projects and services. You will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, as well as supporting various administrative aspects of the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receiving calls and directing or actioning accordingly
2. Liaising with clients/site contacts and engineers
3. Ensure contractual SLAs are adhered to
4. Attending client meetings as required and reporting on KPIs
5. Chasing contractors for paperwork/reports of completed works
6. Chase clients for PO numbers
7. Booking callouts, maintenance visits and small works jobs with clients and residents by phone and email according to SLAs
8. Assigning work to operatives, managing diaries to ensure maximum productivity
9. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with operatives, supply chain, clients and suppliers
10. Managing 'work in progress' (WIP) reports and working closely with the contract manager daily to ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions
11. General administrative duties as business needs require
Requirements
1. Strong Office 365 knowledge
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. A natural team player
4. Confident with the ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders
5. Willingness to take on new tasks and learn
6. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload
7. The ability to work under pressure
8. Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable
1. Previously worked in a similar service administrative role
2. Previously worked within plumbing, mechanical and BMS industry
3. Experience of using Big Change

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week, 8am-5pm
