Our client is a reputable business in Swadlincote looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their finance team.
The successful candidate will be joining a Manufacturing and Production organisation that maintains a family feel.
This role offers flexible working hours and the potential to work part-time (30 hours per week), although it is a 100% office-based position.
Job Description
Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Transactional finance duties (Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger)
* Inputting Purchase Ledger invoices
* Raising Sales Ledger invoices
* Dealing with queries via phone and email
* Reconciliations (various)
* Raising reports
* General ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Assistant should:
* Be local to Swadlincote
* Have prior experience in a similar role
* Possess strong Excel skills
* Have experience with accounting systems
* Exhibit good communication skills
* Be a team player
