About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and support to young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering and monitoring the care and progress of the children and young people.
2. Leading, managing, and motivating a team of 25 staff members.
3. Developing and implementing care plans and risk assessments.
