To design, develop, deliver, maintain and evaluate Learning Technologies training programmes to support the needs of end users in operational and specialist departments across Police Scotland. As this is an internal facing service delivery role, Hybrid Working is not guaranteed, and there may be the requirement to be in the workplace up to 5 days each week. There will also be a requirement for the postholder to travel throughout Scotland for upskilling, training delivery, meetings and workshops, and, on occasion this may require overnight stays away from home. Subject to start date, the successful candidate will be required to commit to the following activity as part of their upskilling. Travel, accommodation and meals will be arranged as required: Core Operational Solutions Train the Trainer: 13th – 21st January delivered in Stirling Mobile Working Train the Trainer: 3rd – 14th February delivered in Jackton Probationer Module 2: 17th-21st February delivered in Inverness VPD Train the Trainer: 31st March – 4th April delivered in Glenrothes Due to the location for this post, the successful candidate will be further upskilled to deliver training virtually to meet national demand.
