I am currently working on behalf of a professional services with offices across the UK and Ireland to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator to join the existing team.
Your new role
Reporting directly into the CFO you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
1. Overseeing the end-to-end corporate payroll process ensuring allponents are delivered in line with agreed timescales.
2. Attending monthly operational business reviews with the outsourced payroll provider to discuss any key topics and actions.
3. Collation and processing of overtime, bonus,mission, and other non-standard payments.
4. Maintaining the records of all benefits for staff and providing information to thepany’s benefits provider as well as updating the payroll for all benefits and related deductions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you should have experience of working as a Payroll Advisor, Senior Payroll Advisor or Senior Payroll Administrator with an ability to perform manual calculations. Applicants should have experience in managing end to end payroll processes with an agile approach, can quickly adapt to changing needs and deliverpeting priorities.
