About you:
You will be highly motivated and able to plan, organise and prioritise your workload effectively to meet performance targets and deliver our housing service. You will be confident in decision making and problem solving. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of Anti-Social Behaviour case management and dealing with neighbourhood issues. As a Housing Officer you will be resilient and used to working alone and along side colleagues and other agencies to reach the best outcomes for our customers and the organisation. You will also be keen to provide a high level of customer service.
About the role:
Fixed term contract with expected end date of 31/03/2025.
As a Housing Officer at Exeter City Council you will manage an area of properties within the city. You will be responsible for managing a case load of Anti-Social Behaviour, escape route Inspections, reviewing fixed term tenancies, completing post let visits, tenancy audits, safeguarding and dealing with customer queries. You will regularly work alongside colleagues from many different departments and partner agencies.

The role is within the Housing Department which consists of Housing Assets, Planned Works, Health, Safety and Compliance, Housing Performance and the Lettings and Leasehold Team.
