Let us introduce these roles AWE is currently recruiting for Configuration Engineers and Senior Configuration Engineers to join our Product Configuration Management Team, supporting Warhead Engineering for a number of technical projects. These roles involve either supporting or leading the implementation of the Corporate Configuration Management Strategy and Standards within designated area(s) of responsibility, under the direction of the Product CM Team Leader and Product CM Technical Authority. The output of the strategy will ensure a consistent Configuration Management System across all Product areas. These roles are ideally suited to candidates with a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the elements of Configuration Management, and familiarity with the requirements of Def Stan 05-57 and the CM2 model. Experience with PLM toolsets, such as Teamcenter, is preferred. Candidates must be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and team building skills, capable of building good working relationships within the organisation. We would like you to have, leadership skills, stakeholder engagement skills and strong communication skills. Who are we looking for?
