National Key Account Manager - Fitness Equipment
£35k+ basic salary plus £6k car allowance + £17.5k OTE (uncapped)
You must have a full UK driving license for this role
Our client offers a huge range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and work on a multitude of projects with some of the best brands in fitness and have a huge global footprint! They have a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry and we are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our most valued clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support. You will act as a strategic partner, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue while aligning with the company’s objectives.

* Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and retention
* Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell fitness products and services to maximise revenue
* Performance Tracking: Monitor client performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
* Negotiation & Contracts: Manage contract renewals, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
* Training & Development: Provide clients with product and service training to enhance their knowledge and utilisation.
About you:
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the fitness industry or related field (fitness industry experience is not essential - a passion for fitness is a must)
* Able to demonstrate with evidence exceptional account management examples
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster long-term relationships.
* Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
