We are seeking experienced NDT Inspectors with Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Visual Testing (VT). The role involves conducting non-destructive testing on structural welds in a shop environment. The inspector will be responsible for performing MT inspections, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform MT inspections on structural welds. Conduct minor grinding for relevancy checks during the inspection process. Record and analyze inspection results using NDT equipment. Climb vertical ladders, crawl in tanks and confined spaces, and work at heights when required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Qualifications: NDT Level II certification in PT, MT, and VT as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A (2001 Edition or later). Minimum of 4 years of continuous experience performing inspections within the past 9 months. Must have passed general theory, procedure-specific, and practical exams for each method. Familiar with OSHA regulations relevant to industrial settings. Current certification documentation, including training, experience, vision tests, and exam results, must be provided. Must have completed safety training, be Safety Harness and Respirator qualified. Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a practical proficiency test in NDT methods. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, with optional 12-hour workdays depending on supervisor discretion. Shift Schedule: Variable shifts, including weekends, with optional overtime based on supervisor discretion.
