Consumer Health - Regulatory Associate
Major Tasks Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Assess and classify low to medium complexity CMC changes for medicinal products
2. Create Regulatory Strategies to support changes to BCH (Bayer Consumer Health) medicinal products
3. Ensure that strategies, activities, timelines and expected outcomes are aligned with Product Supply, Development Centers, and CMCD, as appropriate
4. Prepare and maintain complete and accurate medicinal product dossiers
5. Ensure that appropriate data are entered into the proper data management systems
6. Under direct supervision of the Team Lead, manage the timelines and deliverables for implementation of product changes
7. Track Regulatory activities, and proactively identify issues and risks, alerting management as needed
8. Provide information, documentation, and policy support to local regulatory affiliates to ensure fulfilment of Health Authority requirements throughout the product lifecycle
9. Report status measures to the Team Head and appropriate stakeholders
10. Under guidance of Team Head, may support Trade Association Activities
Who you are:
1. A degree in the life sciences
2. RA experience (preferably in OTC (Over The Counter) medicinal products)
3. Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Ability to grow and expand regulatory knowledge
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
