Job Description:
* We are looking for a graduate to join the team to be trained in all areas of the business.
* The role of Assistant Project Manager involves overseeing all areas of development, from inception to delivery, of various construction/retail-related projects across the United Kingdom.
* A key focus will be on our ANPR survey programme, which involves visiting sites to survey for ANPR camera installation, including identifying power sources, mapping cable routes, and determining optimum camera locations. Full training is provided.
* The role requires managing every aspect of the project from start to finish, including planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance, while adhering to pre-determined goals and client requirements.
* Communication across all levels of management is essential to develop a clear project brief that defines all objectives.
* This role involves setting measurable objectives and timelines for all project elements and managing other consultant disciplines and contractors to ensure delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards.
* Maintaining records and work folders is expected, ensuring all work is checked and approved for distribution.
* The job entails managing retail construction/redevelopment projects in a live environment.
* Management of design teams, cost management consultants, and contractors is required to ensure timely completion within company and client budgets and timelines.
