Patient Coordinator - Eastleigh - Temporary Assignment (3-6 weeks) - £12.47 per hour - Fully On-Site
We are seeking a Patient Coordinator for a client in Eastleigh for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional empathy and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask across various systems.
Duties include:
Making outbound calls and booking patient appointments via the patient management system.
Answering the main phone line and returning calls to individuals who have left voicemails.
Updating the patient management system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and screened for risk.
Handling a high volume of patient calls, booking appointments, referring calls as appropriate, taking messages, and recording all contact on the management system.Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
