Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year and for the second consecutive year in U.A.E., is looking for a Key Account Manager to join the Unox U.A.E. Sales Team. The Key Account Manager will report to the Regional Key Account Director, exploring and managing sales opportunities within the following segments: Consultants, Tender Projects, Contract Caterers, Education, Healthcare.
The selected candidate will undergo an initial training program at our headquarters in the UK, where they will gain an in-depth understanding of Unox products, processes, and corporate culture. After completing the training, the candidate will be transferred to Dubai to take on the full responsibilities of the role.
Unox Middle East is one of the fastest growing subsidiaries of Unox and with an ever expanding team we are looking to add an energetic and motivated Key Account Manager to work in the regional HQ in Dubai.
Main activities:
* Coordinate and manage the sales process for Key Accounts, identifying new business development opportunities, monitoring progress and providing constant feedback to the KA Director;
* Execute key account strategies for your market, develop influencer maps, own relationships, monitor account progress and provide constant feedback for corrective action plans if necessary;
* Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and efficient operations;
* Plan and deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations for key accounts;
* Create reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, using the company's CRM system;
* Oversee and lead problem and issue resolution at Unox through effective internal coordination and communication.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Economics;
* At least 5 years of experience in Account management roles;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain connections with professionals in various company hierarchies;
* Proven organizational, problem solving and negotiation skills;
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of work time to ensure a constant presence in the market;
* Candidates must bring a well-developed portfolio of key accounts with a proven track record of revenue generation in the outlined segments.
