Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting consultants in finding and registering suitable candidates.
2. Updating and maintaining the CRM with accurate candidate information.
3. Headhunting and conducting telephone interviews and screening processes.
4. Completing paperwork and general administrative tasks.
5. Liaising with candidates, handling inquiries, and providing excellent support.
6. Chasing invoices and managing stationery orders.
7. Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and handling travel/accommodation bookings.
8. Managing social media marketing activities on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
