Our clients Customer Solutions department has recently implemented a new core platform for their business energy customers, utilising Microsoft Dynamics to deliver functionality for end-to-end customer gains and renewals, pricing, metering, billing, and collections. As part of their move to a new platform, there are a number of residual programme activities required to stabilise and optimise the solution to provide the best customer outcomes.
This role will drive optimisation activities to ensure functionality, data quality, and business processes meet the needs of our customers. The preferred candidate will have a utilities background and experience of large-scale platform delivery. Key capabilities required include strong delivery focus, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, and high attention to detail.
Key Activities
1. Delivery - coordination and drive objectives across multiple stakeholders, including 3rd parties
2. Planning & Reporting - plan development & progress reporting against agreed plan
3. Analytics - able to assess basic data sets and set out priorities
4. Risk and Issue escalation - escalating and tracking risks and issues clearly to resolution
