**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN/SEND Tutor to join our team. As an SEN/SEND Tutor, you will provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEN/D, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students with SEN/D, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs
* Develop and implement individualized learning plans that align with the student's goals and objectives
* Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
