Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
2. Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
3. Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
4. Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
Requirements
To be a top candidate you will:
5. Have At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
6. Have a valid driver's license
7. Pass a criminal background check
