My client, an industry leading SME based in Warrington Town Centre are looking to recruit a receptionist on a part time temporary basis.
* Salary Range: £23,000 - £24,000 pro-rata
* Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 09:00 – 12:00 (12 hours per week)
* Temporary until approx. January 2025 and could be extended.
My client is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
Duties:
* Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party and/or taking detailed messages to pass onto the appropriate party
* Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Taking card payments for services and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
* Performing simple typing tasks and managing correspondence as needed.
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
* Assisting with general administrative duties to support the office team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in administration and reception / front desk operations.
* Typing and computer skills.
* Experience in taking payments and handling financial transactions is preferred.
