Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract
Pay Rate: Up to £35 per hour (assignment rate) depending on experience

Main duties of the Occupational Therapist:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' functional abilities, mental health needs, and environmental factors.
* Develop and implement person-centered care plans focusing on improving independence, quality of life, and engagement in meaningful activities.
* Support individuals in developing skills for daily living, vocational rehabilitation, and social integration.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
* Recent NHS experience.
* Registered with the HCPC.
* Community Mental Health experience.
