Role: Customer Experience Specialist (Client Registrations)
Location: Southampton (hybrid min 3 days in the office)

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the department’s use of Zendesk, ensuring tickets are appropriately managed and escalations are handled swiftly and effectively.
* Work closely with department heads to support the client onboarding process.
* Provide feedback and insights to drive process improvements based on client feedback.
* Facilitate training to enhance customer experience and ensure a consistent delivery of service.
* Proactively identify if a product, service or internal process is failing to meet customer needs and take measures to problem solve.
* Regularly review department trends and report key findings to the Head of Customer Experience & Head of Department for further analysis, highlighting potential issues or opportunities for growth.
