Job summary The Nayar Practice is looking for a Care Coordinator who can provide some administrative duties to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact where they will greet patients, staff and service users. The post holder will be involved in the day to day running of the reception ensuring that patients are directed to their appointments in a timely manner. Main duties of the job Main duties of the job include, but are not limited to Ensuring an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and other visitors. Providing care navigation/signposting to patients. Dealing with all general enquiries, face to face, telephone, emails & booking of appointments. Liaising with other health care staff outside of the practice. Receiving and making telephone calls as required, take messages accurately. Entering data into the clinical system, ensuring to have carefully recorded relevant details. Ensuring efficient running of appointment system and monitor flow of patients. Being flexible, confident, and enthusiastic whilst being able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy. Projecting a positive and friendly image.
