We are seeking a flexible, motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual to join the Office Team in our office on 9 Broad Street, Hereford, HR4 9AP. This role is Monday - Friday 08:45 am - 17:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
3. Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies.
4. Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
5. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
6. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for in you:
1. Someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and has a keen eye for detail.
2. Polite and confident telephone manner.
3. Basic IT skills.
4. Ability to keep tidy systems of work.
