The MEI project coordinator is a key role within the delivery workstream and will report directly to the Internal Operations Director.
Working alongside the Project Engineers as part of the Project Delivery Team, the role will be responsible for monitoring and organising the day-to-day of our field engineers, ensuring myenergi installations deliver a consistent, high-level of service to all customers and stakeholders operating in a new and exciting industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to customers, installation engineers & supervisors.
2. Coordinate multiple engineers' schedules, resources, and equipment effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Work with colleagues as a team to achieve team SLAs & KPIs.
4. Liaise with customers to define their installation/project requirements.
5. Ensure customers' needs are met.
6. Support the Project Engineers with project delivery.
7. Use and update all IT systems, as required, to ensure accurate data is recorded.
8. Track and monitor the progress of works from inception to practical completion, managing any follow-up work.
9. Provide first line customer installation technical support.
10. Continuously review projects to identify outstanding works.
11. Schedule and allocate outstanding work to ensure projects are fully completed.
12. Ensure work orders are practically completed and systems are updated in real-time with accurate, detailed quality information, with particular attention to costs.
13. Work closely with the installation teams and supervisors to monitor and analyse productivity to identify gaps or inefficiencies in resources.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
2. A good understanding of Customer Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
3. Ability to meet deadlines, targets, and schedules.
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Able to plan and take responsibility for approximately multiple projects simultaneously as part of a delivery team.
8. Able to work in a busy and demanding environment.
9. Capable of working from home unsupervised and ensuring daily tasks are completed.
10. Computer literate and confident using the full Office 365 suite.
11. Positive disposition who enjoys working in a high-paced growth environment.
12. Previous experience of working in a Customer Contact Centre within the EV Industry is desirable but not essential - training would be provided to suitable candidates.
13. Experience of solar photovoltaic and battery storage installations is desirable but not essential - training would be provided to suitable candidates.
14. Past background of service delivery in a geographical environment.
