The Company:
ER Recruitment are thrilled to be collaborating with our outstanding national client. Leading the way within their industry, the forward-thinking organisation are seeking a self-motivated and customer-centric administrator to join their dynamic sales & customer service team. This position would be ideal for an individual with previous experience running reports, analysing data and being a central point of contact for a busy sales team.
Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
* Maintaining and managing the CRM sales databases (internal), inputting data, managing data, running reports, reporting and coordinating data
* Producing, creating daily Excel reports, analysing data such as customer spend analysis and daily sales analysis, using pivot tables and Look ups
* Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and analysis.
* Maintain and update sales records and databases.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and handling travel arrangements.
* Being a central point of contact for your colleagues
* Serve as a point of contact between sales, customer service, and other departments.
* Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely information flow.
* Identify areas for process improvement in both sales and customer service operations.
* Implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
About You as the Sales Administrator:
* Previous experience of being in a Sales Support role e.g. sales administrator, sale support admin, sales analysis admin, sales analysis, or similar sales administration role
* Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
* Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, attention to detail & can work to deadlines.
* A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to prioritise customer satisfaction.
* Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and capable of building positive effective working relationships effectively with various stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
* Ethical and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity & discretion.
