With a mix of reception duties, facilities management, and admin responsibilities, this is a varied role in a supportive and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: Reception & Switchboard: Greeting clients and visitors in person and via telephone with professionalism and warmth. Managing switchboard and directing calls effectively. Office & Facilities Support: Organising minor maintenance and repair tasks across the offices.
