Associate Director to Director – Commercial Property Management
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Car + Bonus + Package
Level: Associate Director or Director (depending on experience)
A leading commercial property consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director to join its Commercial Property Management team in Central London. The role involves managing prime multi-let office assets across the West End and City, delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients while ensuring value-driven management.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, with a focus on premium office buildings in Central London.
* Drive efficiencies in service charge management, ensuring transparency and value for clients.
* Lead sustainability initiatives, integrating ESG principles into asset strategies to reduce carbon emissions and enhance occupier experience.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth and adding value beyond day-to-day operations.
* Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Work closely with Facilities Management and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
* Proactively identify areas for improvement, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
* 5+ years post-qualification experience (MRICS ) in commercial property management.
* Proven experience managing large, multi-let office buildings in Central London.
* Strong track record in service charge budgeting, administration, and cost efficiency.
* Expertise in ESG and sustainability initiatives, with a focus on carbon reduction strategies.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
* Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a proactive and consultative approach.
* Experience leading teams, mentoring junior professionals, and fostering collaboration.
* Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant law and health & safety compliance.
