About the Role
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales, purchasing and customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and processing sales quotes and sales orders
2. Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers
3. Uploading and maintaining product data in our systems
4. Invoicing customers and tracking payments
5. Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
6. Providing customer service support for order inquiries and updates
7. Assisting with contract support and data management
8. Managing and updating our CRM system with accurate customer and order information
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
1. Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software and Excel (Cin7Core, Pipedrive or similar is a plus!) - Desirable
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
