We have exclusively partnered with a high performing streetwear brand that is looking to recruit a Head of Ecom to devise and execute the DTC strategy for the business.
Responsibilities
* Partner with owner, investors and directors in devising a solid ecommerce DTC strategy
* Oversee the re-design/re-structure of the website ensuring its alignment with other selling platforms such as socials
* Oversee both front and back end optimisation
* Manage the Ecommerce budget
* Analyse with support from merchandising teams DTC sales
* Ensure UX and customer experience is a smooth process
* Execute the Ecom strategy on a global basis
* Collaborate with relevant 3rd parties and partnerships
* Oversee the Ecommerce growth strategy
* Partner with marketing and digital teams working to set calendars
* Partner with logistics, CS and fulfilment teams
* Create digital newsletters to engage customers
* Work with content teams to ensure web information and descriptions are in line with brand tone
* Manage and increase conversion rates
* Set realistic KPIs and targets for the DTC strategy
Minimum Requirements
* 7-10 years experience within an Ecommerce leadership role
* Proven track record of increasing DTC sales and website optimisation
* Experience within a fashion brand
* Great attitude, flexibility, and willingness to get stuck in
* Great attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
