You will help oversee administrative staff to ensure the efficient and high-quality management of bookings, referrals, and overall clinic operations. Collaborate with Outpatient Service Coordinator and Division Service Managers to optimise clinic data, slot utilisation, and appointment completion. Prioritise and target vacant clinic slots to achieve the Trust 18-week target. Oversee interpreter bookings, ensuring compliance with contract terms. Adjust clinic templates for medical/clinical leave and reschedule appointments per waiting time targets. Support staff development in outpatient booking and clinic management.
