We are hiring for a Lead Designer for Reuters Plus, the commercial creative studio at Reuters, servicing a wide roster of external client partners.
Our content partnerships range from blue-chip multinationals to governments and NGOs, as well as companies of all sizes focused on business, technology, energy, finance and management consultancies.
The successful applicant will lead a global design team, ranging from backend to frontend immersive design capabilities and pre-sales mocks.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Lead Designer, you will:
1. Lead a global design team, ranging from backend to frontend immersive design capabilities and pre-sales mocks
2. Take a key role in the development of Reuters Plus creative concepts, from page and video designs to social promotions and interactive digital experiences
3. Communicate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, from Sales and Marketing to Social and Production
4. Work closely with Reuters Plus Content Director to ensure creative innovation across the group and to attract new and existing business
5. Help to raise the profile of Reuters Plus capabilities on the global stage
6. Help to develop and inspire the global creative team, and encourage them to do produce award-winning work
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Lead Designer role if your background includes:
7. Significant design experienceat an agency or in-house studio.
8. Have a good understanding of the global business landscape and the nuances around brand and corporate identities.
9. Demonstrable experience working with many digital design tools, including Ceros,Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
10. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
11. Enjoy working with different time zones to tight deadlines.
12. A proven ability tothink creatively and develop solutions that align with commercial business objectives.
13. Believe B2B is the next frontier for creative content excellence.
