This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with the potential for a permanent role.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProcess and allocate customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.\nManage the ticketing system, optimising response times and resolving queries efficiently.\nAssist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment functions, including reconciliations and month-end processes.\nMonitor payment systems for errors, ensuring operational efficiency.\nProvide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc finance projects.\nStay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.What You'll Need to Succeed:\n\n1-2 years' experience in payments, finance, or a similar role\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nProactive problem-solving approach with the ability to improve finance processes.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
