**Job Description:** Senior Wine Sales Manager

**Location:** Devon/Cornwall
**Overview:
LWC Drinks is seeking an experienced Senior Wine Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing wine sales strategies across our regional territory. **Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute wine sales strategies in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
• Provide expert advice on wine selection, pricing, and promotions to ensure optimal sales performance
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor wine offerings accordingly
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform wine purchasing decisions and optimize stock levels
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs for customers and staff on wine knowledge and sales techniques
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
**Requirements:
• Proven experience in wine sales or a related field
• Strong knowledge of wine and spirits, including tasting skills and awareness of current market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
