What you’ll do: As part of the service and small works commissioning team, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that buildings operate efficiently and sustainably. You’ll be responsible for: Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and commissioning of small works across Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Cylon, and other leading BMS systems. Responding to callouts and breakdowns, troubleshooting issues to deliver effective solutions in line with SLAs. Supervising and mentoring junior engineers to help them grow while ensuring safe and effective operations on-site. Managing small works projects, from procurement to commissioning, while maintaining rigorous documentation and ISO compliance. Conducting site surveys and producing detailed reports with actionable recommendations to improve system performance. Building and nurturing strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor for all things BMS. Leading health and safety efforts by enforcing policies, updating risk assessments, and ensuring compliance across all sites. What’s in it for you? What we’re looking for: To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Experience with at least one of the following systems: Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Schneider, or other leading platforms. A solid understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to interpret and modify control strategies. Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
