* Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
* Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
* Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
* Support with Recruitment and HR aspects of the business
* Track operational goals and make necessary changes to meet these goals.
* Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to improve processes.
* Provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure quality control.
* Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

A successful Operations Manager should have:
* Proven experience in an Operations Management role, particularly within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
