Technical Support Services Administrator (9-month Fixed-Term Contract)

We're seeking a highly organised Technical Support Services Administrator to join our team on a 9 month fixed-term contract. In this role you will be supporting our Fire & Risk Services department, playing a key role in the successful delivery of our MOD-related project. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the team operates efficiently.
Please note: A clear, valid DBS certificate is required for this role. If you do not currently hold one, you may need to obtain one as part of the recruitment process. Any associated costs will be covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
2. Support with the creation of quotation documents
3. Support the department’s hotel and travel bookings
4. Monitor email inboxes for enquiries and technical queries
5. Assist with the preparation of certificates
6. Support QA & Systems Coordinator with the issue and allocation of reports
7. Input and update information onto the company CRM systems
8. Assist with the collation of information and documentation to support the delivery of projects
9. Ensure records are accurate and kept up to date and management data is accessible
10. Send, monitor and report on client feedback after the issue of reports
11. Provide general administrative support to the team as required

Key Education and Experience
1. 5 or more GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
2. Relevant IT skills – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
3. Previous experience in a similar administration role
4. Experience with CRM and workflow management systems
5. Database skills and accurate data input
