What Will You Be Doing?
1. Drive Performance: Support the branch in achieving targets and KPIs whilst taking the lead of an established team and daily operation.
2. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong and lasting partnerships with clients and candidates.
3. Expand Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through traditional cold calling activity.
4. Deliver Excellence: Manage and improve service levels for client accounts.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet individual financial and non-financial goals.
6. Ensure Compliance: Stay on top of employment legislation and industry standards.
What Are We Looking For?
We're seeking someone with:
1. A proven track record of growing and retaining business.
2. Experience in developing team members or managing a temporary/mobile workforce.
3. A good understanding of the health and social care recruitment market within the West Midlands (A BONUS!).
4. The ability to attract and recruit top talent to meet client needs.
5. Strong client management skills and a history of winning new business.
What's On Offer?
1. Competitive salary (based on experience).
2. Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm).
3. Holiday package: 20 days plus bank holidays (25 days total), increasing after one year's service up to a maximum of 25 days.
