In this role, you will engage in a variety of IT support tasks, ranging from troubleshooting technical issues to assisting with system upgrades, all while pursuing a Level 3 IT apprenticeship with Wise Origin.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The role is for an Apprentice Onsite Support Technician, based in one or several of our secondary schools.
Duties will include:
* Log and resolve client issues, visit clients onsite to carry out range of IT support
* Provide technical support to clients and enable them to make full use of the services they offer
* Record and resolve faults wherever possible
* Undertake minor repairs to computers and accessories as appropriate
* Install new computer equipment and services, software, hardware and upgrades

Your training plan
All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources. This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments.
