The key responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator: Focussing on customer needs and satisfaction providing quotes, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, forecasting whilst delivering high standard of customer service. Most customer service is done via email. Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalate as required being first line response. Monitoring customers orders in line with delivery requirements effectively to meet department and organisational goals. Liaising with internal departments Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and controlling teams and project stakeholders to achieve the best outcome. Analysing data to anticipate and avoid potential problems and suggest improvements. Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities and new market opportunities. Producing weekly analysis reports e.g. forecasting, customer & market trends to internal and external stakeholders. The key requirements for a Customer Service Administrator: Proven customer support experience Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite. Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with CRM systems and Excel Experience using SAP desirable. Interested? Please apply below.
