Job: Customer Service Executive
Location: Southall
Salary: £25,000 plus commission
Main Responsibilities:
Our well-established Southall based client are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive who will work with a large variety of clients, ensuring the team are meeting client expectations and providing them with an excellent order journey.
Key Skills:
* Outbound calls to nominated accounts
* Take inbound calls and action as required
* Support customers on their order journey, making customers aware of all products and upselling
* Provide accurate forecasting
* Check customer details are logged correctly
* Action order amends and add-ons for your customers via phone & website orders
* Generate leads and allocate to the sales team
* Reactivate customers and add to monthly call plan
* Ensure customers are made aware of new promotions and support clearance drives
* Work with customers who are experiencing any issues and support resolution through case management
* Escalate queries if support is required
