We are looking for a Creative Designer (12-month FTC) to join our busy in-house design team based in London. You will be responsible for creating brand collateral across both print and digital media.

Reporting into the Head of Creative, and working with the design and deal teams, you will coordinate a wide variety of the highest profile real estate transactions in EMEA, delivered within the global brand standards system, which reflect the Head of Creative’s vision for the company’s brand strategy.
This is an exciting and varied role that requires a pro-active individual who thrives in a fast paced and vibrant environment but can remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of MS Office PowerPoint.
What you will do
* Create and adapt designs for and not limited to; proposals and bespoke OMs/IMs.
* Create graphics and any other visual elements in Illustrator for PowerPoint and InDesign.
* Collaborate on multiple projects of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines and supporting your team members.
* Identify and develop best practice for effective communication of messages through imagery, charts and infographics.
* Have an understanding of PowerPoint templates and master slides (print and screen).

What experience you need
* At least 3 years’ relevant industry experience.
* An understanding of what makes communications effective.
* Previous experience working with visual identities and working on high level pitch/proposals/OMs advantageous.
* A good portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and awareness of industry trends.
* An understanding of all key delivered channels across print and digital.
* Good working knowledge of Adobe CC Suite such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
* Can use MS PowerPoint, including knowing how to set up master slides, working knowledge of other MS Office programs.
* Proven experience creating high-quality visual concept designs and thinking conceptually.
* Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
