A one year opportunity has come up for a Section Manager Resources within the Children Looked After Service. You will be responsible for taking a leadership approach in delivering permanency and pathway teams, ensuring that children remain in care for the shortest possible amount of time.
You will be expected to take the lead in embedding a quality assurance approach to all care home placements and supporting their colleague in supporting Foster care services when needed. Conwy has an exciting transformation program which is supporting the development of therapeutic care homes for children offering them stability within their locality enabling them to achieve their personal outcomes, the successful candidate will be working through a critical year to bring that vision into fruition.
