Our client is seeking a Business UAT Transition Lead to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising vendor contract processes using CLM platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, business process expertise and hands-on leadership in testing to ensure the seamless implementation and enhancement of the CLM platform.
Business UAT Transition Lead – What will you be doing?
1. Understand and document business requirements for vendor contract management.
2. Identify areas for improvement within the CLM platform and process.
3. Define functional and non-functional requirements for new features.
4. Design and deliver User Testing Strategy across CLM platform.
5. Support vendor selection, integration efforts, and ongoing platform configuration.
6. Act as a liaison between business users and Engineering Teams.
7. Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy for the CLM platform.
8. Coordinate and oversee end-to-end system testing, including UAT.
9. Support post-go-live validations and ensure defect-free production rollouts.
Business UAT Transition Lead – What will you need?
1. Strong background as a Business Analyst and Test Lead.
2. Hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms.
3. Knowledge of Ariba Invoicing, Ariba SLP, S4 HANA or similar applications.
4. Experience in at least one medium-large scale platform deployment project.
5. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
7. Proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing solutions.
8. Strong analytical skills.
