Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc, an Affiliate of Apis Services, is seeking both Full-Time Assistant Program Coordinator (Residential Supervisor) caring professionals to provide direct support to individuals within our Berks County and surrounding areas. This position will assist individuals in our Residential IDD Program under the 6400 Regulatory Compliance.

Education & Experience Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Some positions require post-secondary degrees.
* Valid Driver’s License.
* Previous experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities of the Job:
* Oversee 1 CLA and conduct quality inspections on all shifts.
* Assist with emergencies and supervise Residential Specialists.
* Manage medical appointments and medication administration, including monitoring refills and ensuring training compliance.
* Participate in on-call rotation and the PART team, including associated training.
* Monitor and track staff training compliance, conduct in-home orientations, and provide training documentation.
* Ensure CLA operations comply with relevant regulations and policies.
* Maintain consumer records, staff training, and review CLA EMR (SETWORKS) daily.
* Provide general supervision using Person Directed Framework/Non-Violent Communication.
* Mentor staff, address performance issues, and complete timely employee evaluations.
* Manage consumer and house funds, maintain food supplies, and report maintenance needs.
* Complete expense records, monitor vehicle and equipment usage, and ensure proper documentation.
* Report incidents and coordinate with outside agencies.
* Assist Program Coordinator with scheduling, managing time-off reports, and filling shifts.
* Oversee vehicle maintenance and complete inspections and mileage logs.
* Co-facilitate staff meetings and handle additional duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance, & FBI as well as possess a valid PA Driver's License. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all sponsored training.
