We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead a team of highly motivated appointment makers.
This team is the driving force behind our sales funnel, tasked with fuelling high-value sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a passion for recruitment, coaching, data analysis, and sales training. You will play a crucial role in shaping our sales pipeline, ensuring we meet and exceed our Sales Value Objectives (SVO) and growth targets.

* A strong track record in a business development role, inside sales, or sales operations
* Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing business development or sales teams, particularly in appointment setting or lead generation
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring sales professionals
* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools to drive insights and manage performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and leading a team to exceed their targets
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-SVO environment with a focus on data-driven decision-making
* Solid understanding of the sales funnel and appointment-setting processes, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
* Salary £40-£50k, £100k OTE
